WHAT'S WRONG WITH GOOGLE EARTH?

This message appears every time randomly when I open the program. Google Earth Has Encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. How do I fix it because it only happends in places I want to look at like Philly, Chi, DET, LA, Cha, and other big cities. It's been a problem ever since I got the new version which features outer space which I don't use and since I started using the flight simulator feature.
