Need facts on the U.S. Navy?

Hi everyone.... My brother is joining the Navy and he will be going to bootcamp starting next month. We are proud of him but we are still nervous about some things, my dad in particular. How is the level of racism in it.... We are of Asian descent and my dad is just afraid that there will be a lot of bullying and hazing involved because of his race...Well we can't really ask those questions to his recruiter but I would appreciate if someone could clarify their experience in U.S. Navy. Thanks!
