Should I start Dallas D or Giants D this weekend?

They're both solid plays but do u think one or the other will have a superior day? Dallas is playing Cinci and the Giants are playing the seahawks. If Palmer doesn't play I'm sure I'll start Dallas. But if he does I wasn't sure...
