The Falcons did indeed get a short week but so did the Ravens and so do other teams that play on a Thursday night , and the Rams are an up and coming team , if they beat the Falcons then they will be contenders for the playoffs and the part of your question about playing outdoors ,it does not make a difference because come playoff time , in the playoffs they may end up playing in Green Bay or another cold place so now is the time to prepare for that and not find out what your team is made of in the playoff games .
