I still love my ex boyfriend...help!!?

see im 14 going to 15 in 3 a half months..but anyway i went with with this boy who were going to call john.me and john were good friends for months..so john ask me out and i start dating him..then monts later john leaves me for this other girl who then turns out to start to become my best friend basically she stole my man...so she always wants to talk about him..i cant really say no i dnt wanna talk about it so what do i do cuz i still got feeling there for him..and he still treats me like he did when we were dating jux less kissing..every time i listen to certian songs i start thinking about him ususally slow songs.like (a night off -drake and i gotta be- jagged edge)...i cant get him out of my system what do i do??? plz hlp me!!
