Time travel. (paradox)?

If we managed to make a device e.g. space ship which could travel 10 times the speed of light away from the earth (taking into consideration that the path to look back on was clear so the earth was able to still be viewed through a powerful telescope) and traveled for 1 year this would make the distance from the earth 10 light years so technically we would be able to see the earth 9 years in the past, if we stay in the exact position for 9 years, would we be able to cause a paradox by our former selves coming to the position in the shuttle and crashing into us being in the path?
