I just bought a new Dell XPS 1530?

and I bought the Sound Blaster Audigy Advanced MB software for it. I was using the webcam and microphone on Skype just fine, and while doing it I changed the equalizer through the Creative something or other. Now I cant access the creative thing again to take the equalizer off because it keeps saying I don't have the supported audio devices installed. To make matters worse, my integrated microphone no longer works because from what I have read, the Sound Blaster EXA or something similar is having a conflict with itself. But like I said, I can't open the program up to disable it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do?
