I am trying to get a present for my little sister on her 13 birthday and i cant think of any thing. so help!!?

She likes colourfull staff, she is lke girlish. her size if like grade 4. but she is in grade 7 going to grade 8. and her birthday is on 2 weeks and i don't know what to get a present for her. sooooooooooo please please help me find a present for her. thanks. hurry!!!!
