I am about to complete a big tile job and don't know how to bid it.?

It is two bathrooms, in the guest bath, it is a standard tub/shower with a window in the tile. In the master bath, there is a big tub beside a stand up shower. I had to demo the tile, hardi backer, and the sheet rock in order to recess the new backer board flush with wall. Also took out fiber gl shower pan to install rubber liner to tile floor of shower. Built recessed box into wall of shower and tub/shower for shampoo, etc. While wall was open, I replaced all three tub/shower valves. I am a plumber and am good at all this work, have no idea how to bid this job fairly mostly to myself, I am afraid I will under bid it. I appreciate your time if you could just give me a little direction. Thanks
