Help my cousin was d!!!!!!!?

well my cousin is hispanic and there was this white guy that always seemed to be staring at her. He sort of befriended her by asking her if she could teach him spanish. He was so nice to her and once he even gave her a gift for no reason.My cousin was also very kind to him. All of a sudden he changed with her and my cousin didn't do anything to offend him. He started calling her a dirty mexican even though my cousin is from Venezuela. She was so upset because she didn't offend him in any way and she told me that she didn't understand his behavior at all. So my cousin told me how upset she was and i told her that it would be best if she tried to talk to him but he just didn't listen to her and he started to say racist things to her. I know all this because i witnessed some of it. Anyway he ended up raping her. My cousin valued her virginity a lot and now she is suicidal and the worst thing is that she got pregnant.My cousin does not believe in abortion. It is heartbreaking to see her suffer like that. HERE IS THE QUESTION :WHY WOULD A GUY THAT WAS BEFRIENDING HER ALL OF A SUDDEN TURN INTO THIS MEAN RACIST GUY AND TREAT HER BAD FOR NO REASON TO THE POINT WHERE HE D HER?
