Faked bodily injury in fender bender?

My husband was involved in an auto fender bender accident. The car he hit was not damaged, but the lady that was in the car insisted on calling the policy, according to the police, her car didn't even have scratches so he couldn't file a police report, however, he did take some pictures for doentation purpose. Later that day, our insurance company informed us that the lady has filed a claim to visit a chiropractor . We are worried that the lady is faking or beefing up the injuiry and is trying to take advatage of this situation. Will insurance company allow this to happen?
