Ski Edge Bevel Angles?

I have a set of K2 commanche 4's from a couple years ago. I have been getting them tuned at the shop, but want to start doing it myself. I found a tool for sharpening, labeled 88 degrees (I ume it is meant for a 2 degree bevel). Does anyone know what the bevel on my skis are? Or any new k2 all-mountain (apache series) skis (I think it would not change)? If not, lets say mine have a 3 degree bevel, what would happen if i used the 88 degree tool? Any knowledge on any of these questions would be greatly appreciated.
