How do i know if i have bronchitis pnumonia or just a chest cold?

For the past few days I have been coughing, and running a low fever of 100.4 and when i breath in i have to cought after. im really scared if its something serious. Its nast but when i cough stuff up its not like green or yellow or anything. Does anyone kno wat this could be?
