John McCain warned us about Russia for several years?

McCain has been talking for the past 4-5 years about Russia's plans to rebuild the Communist state. He particularly didn't care for Putin and he was so right. Putin is KGB and will always be KBG which adheres to murder as a first resort. We are going to have our hands full in the next few years. America must rebuild its Army and armament ASAP and this will NEVER happen with Obama. He has said so.
